Key Responsibilities: Deliver onsite technical support for Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, laptops, desktops, mobile devices, tablets, and peripherals. Manage IMACD activities, hardware life cycle, asset tracking, and inventory. Provide first-line support for production workstations, MES, IoT/OT devices, and manufacturing applications. Troubleshoot LAN, VLAN, TCP/IP, VPN, hardware, connectivity, and cabling issues. Work closely with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Network, Security, Application, OT/Automation teams, and vendors. Assist with incident, problem, change, vendor, and major incident activities. Requirements: 3-8 years of End User Support/OSS experience. Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or mill environments preferred. Experience in EUS, onsite support, and IT/OT integrated environments is highly desirable.
