This is an opportunity to go beyond traditional helpdesk support, gaining exposure to Microsoft 365, cloud technologies, IT security, automation and AI-driven processes.You''ll be the first point of contact for IT support across the business, helping users resolve technical issues while ensuring systems remain secure, efficient and well-managed.What You''ll Be Doing Providing 1st line support via the service desk, Microsoft Teams and in person.Managing user accounts, permissions and access across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams and Azure DevOps.Supporting onboarding and offboarding activities, including account creation and device setup.Troubleshooting hardware, software and user issues.Triaging alerts from Azure Monitor and Microsoft Defender.Maintaining IT assets, software licensing and service desk records.Supporting users remotely and delivering excellent customer service.Working alongside an AI-assisted ticketing system, helping improve its effectiveness over time.Identifying opportunities to automate manual processes and improve efficiency.
