IT Support Engineer - Immediate Start Available

MCS Group is looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support to internal users within a fast-paced environment. This is a 3-month temporary position, ideal for someone who is immediately available, or due to be available in coming weeks. The client anticipates a quick turnaround and a virtually immediate start! Please note: Due to the multi-site/travel requirements of the role, candidates must hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle. The Role Provide 1st and 2nd line support to internal usersTroubleshoot hardware, devices and software issuesInvestigate and resolve technical problems efficientlySupport user accounts, including password resets and access issuesProvide basic networking support and troubleshootingAssist with device setup, configuration and general desktop supportThe PersonGiven the nature of the role, applicants should be able to demonstrate strong experience in a similar role.
