Position Overview The role provides 1st and 2nd line technical support across the organization''s corporate infrastructure, cloud environments, and specialized engineering systems. Responsibilities Technical Support: Deliver 1st/2nd line resolution across M365, AWS, and internal systems, escalating 3rd line issues to senior engineers. Identity andamp; Access: Provision, manage, and audit user accounts and access rights using Entra ID and Autopilot. Endpoint Management: Configure laptop builds, package applications via Intune, and proactively deploy OS patches and software updates. Networkandamp; Security: Troubleshoot LAN/WAN faults and manage Netwrix Auditor to ensure estate compliance. Infrastructure Operations: Monitor data backups, maintain asset inventories, and author technical systems/user documentation. Global Collaboration: Partner with the international IT team to optimize workflows and support occasional on-call rotas. Essential Skills andamp; Experience Experience: Proven professional track record as an IT Support Engineer.
