IT Support Engineer

We''re recruiting for an IT Support Engineer to join a well-established international engineering and manufacturing business based in Southampton. This is a hands-on support role where you''ll play a key part in keeping employees productive by providing high-quality IT support across hardware, software, applications and infrastructure. You''ll work within a collaborative IT team supporting a modern technical environment while gaining exposure to a wide range of technologies. The IT Support Engineer role You will be responsible for providing first-class technical support to users across the business, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining systems and devices, and ensuring IT services run smoothly. The role combines service desk support, system administration, user training, documentation and proactive maintenance activities. IT Support Engineer required experience 2 years previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or Desktop Support role Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow Knowledge of Windows environments Strong Microsoft Office support experience Excellent customer service and communication skills Desirable Experience Microsoft 365 Administration Linux exposure Microsoft, Cisco or related certifications Package IT Support Engineer Southampton Permanent, Full-Time Salary up to £35,000 Training and career development opportunities ..... full job details .....
