On offer is a great opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to work in a tight-knit and very successful company, in this role you will be supporting with tickets, supporting for hardware, software, networking whilst identifying re-occurring issues and advising long term solutions.

This company are a UK-based supplier of mechanical and plumbing components, supporting building services contractors with a streamlined online ordering system, rapid nationwide delivery, and reliable logistics that keep projects running smoothly

This role would suit someone with some IT Support experience looking to work for a growing, reputable company and wanting to progress down the line.

The Role:

• General IT support - Hardware, software, networking etc.
• Identifying and improving re-occurring issues
• Documentation and overall operations of helpdesk
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
