Manage requests, changes and problems. Oversee events in the auditorium Ensure meeting room tech and digital signage is functioning correctly Service improvements What are we looking for? Strong technical knowledge in End User Compute technologies including Windows 11, MacOS, Virtual Desktops (AWS Workspaces), Mobile, VC (preferably Zoom) and digital signage platforms. Technical knowledge of management tools including Intune, Jamf, Airwatch.
