Duties and Responsibilities Support, maintain and improve multi-site IT infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environmentsManage and optimise Windows Servers, Azure services, VMware platforms and storage systemsRespond to incidents and escalations to minimise downtime and business disruptionEnsure systems are secure, patched and operating efficientlyMaintain documentation and manage support tickets in line with service standards What Experience is Required At least 5 years experience in enterprise-level infrastructure supportStrong knowledge of Azure, VMware, Windows Server and excellent understanding and experience managing Active DirectorySAN and storage management experienceUnderstanding of disaster recovery, high availability and business continuity planning Salary and Benefits Salary up to £55,000Comprehensive benefits packageOngoing training and certification supportExposure to enterprise-scale infrastructureOn-call ..... full job details .....
