IT Support Engineer

This is a newly created position for an IT Support Analyst to take an instrumental position within a leading Northampton business. This role pays £35,000 + bonus and is 5 days a week full time in the office. To be considered for this position, you will have solid experience in remote and deskside 1st and 2nd line BAU user IT support. The ideal candidate will have previous experience providing user support for the standard Microsoft stack. Skills and experience will include: Windows 11 Azure AD / Entra ID Office 365 (inc. Exchange Online, Sharepoint, Teams and OneDrive) Setting up laptops, printers, wifi, VoIP and VPN''s CRM support (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Dynamics etc) My client has been operating for circa 20 years and is going through continued growth and expansion, with IT playing a large part in helping the company to progress.
