      <description>Location: London | Salary: 210.00-210.00 Daily | Type: Permanent | 2nd Line IT Support Engineer   Location: Remote, occasional travel to central London offices (approximately once a week but rarely required) Rate: Up to £210 per day, inside IR35   We''re recruiting for a brilliant UK charity who are looking for an experienced 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join the team on a contract basis. Initially for 3 months, the contract could be extended and/or made permanent thereafter.   Whilst overseeing and with the support of their 1 st Line Support Technician and reporting into the IT Lead, the role will provide day-to-day 2nd line support across a Microsoft-based environment, including:    Windows 10/11 support and troubleshooting   Active Directory administration   Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Office 365 support   Laptop, desktop and peripheral support   VPN and basic networking troubleshooting   User account, access and permissions support   Incident and request management via an ITSM system     We''re looking for a proactive and energetic 2nd line IT support engineer with great communication skills, strong troubleshooting skills and good knowledge of Microsoft technologies.</description>
