IT Support Engineer - 1st and 2nd Line

Our client is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their growing business in Bracknell. Working closely with the IT Manager, you''ll provide first and second-line support across the company while helping to keep its systems, devices and day-to-day IT operations running smoothly. This is a varied, hands-on role where you''ll be supporting colleagues, administering Microsoft 365 and business systems, setting up equipment and user accounts, troubleshooting technical issues and helping improve the processes behind a growing organisation.
