We''re working with a leading aerospace organisation to find an IT Support Engineer to provide essential support across a busy operational environment. About the RoleYou''ll be the go-to person for day-to-day IT support, helping users across the business by resolving technical issues, managing support tickets and ensuring systems and devices remain operational. This is a varied 1st/2nd line role with exposure to Microsoft technologies, networking and end-user support. Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software and connectivity issuesManage and resolve helpdesk ticketsConfigure and deploy laptops, desktops and peripheralsSupport Microsoft 365 and Azure environmentsTroubleshoot networking and user-related issuesProvide onsite support and assist remote users across multiple locations Skills and ExperiencePrevious experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or 1st/2nd Line roleStrong Microsoft 365 knowledgeGood understanding of Windows environments and networking fundamentalsExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and customer service skills DesirableMicrosoft Azure experienceSalesforce exposureRelevant Microsoft or CompTIA certifications If you would like to find out more, please contact James Chau at . ..... full job details .....
