Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle preferred.A chance to join an established IT Managed Services business with a proven track record spanning 20+ years. Start ideally August/September 2025.Key skills, experience + tasks: Providing remote IT support for a range of customers to 1st/2nd line level.Ensuring all actions are logged and managed via the IT helpdesk + visiting customer sites to complete IT service requests.System monitoring, error logging, fault-tracking + IT incident management to ensure maximum service availability.IT asset tracking, service provisioning + managing IT accounts for new starters/leavers.Technical Environment: Windows Server, Active Directory (AD), DHCP, DNS, Group Policies, Office 365, RRAS + basic understanding of Networks.Soft skills: problem solving, attention to detail, logical, proactive, prioritisation + strong customer service skills.Benefits: Salary to £28k (DOE) + pension + healthcare + 28 days holiday (including BHs) + support to gain IT accreditations + more. ..... full job details .....
