IT Support and AV Specialist – Banbury. Bibby Financial Services have an exciting opportunity available for a reliable IT Support and AV Specialist to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. You will own the Audio Visual Service for the UK offices and provide on-site VIP support for Board and Executive Leadership team members. The role is part of the IT Support and Operations team and includes provisioning of and tracking all IT hardware and software assets over their lifecycle. The salary is £32,000 - £37,000 per annum.Responsibilities
Provide technical support for all aspects of the Audio Visual service across BFS offices, including guidance and technical expertise to help the business get the best benefit from the solution in place.Own and manage the relationship with the AV Service Provider.Produce and share best practice advice on AV services for internal customers.Take ownership in resolving technical issues escalated from the IT Service Desk to ensure timely resolution.Proactively manage the health of the AV/IT systems to ensure they are working when needed.VIP IT Support
– This includes on-site IT support for BFS Board and Executive Leadership team, including their PAs in Pembroke House, Banbury, covering software, hardware and AV issues.Provisioning Support
– Work on ITSM tickets (Incidents and Service Requests) providing excellent hardware and software provisioning for BFS employees. Visit UK and other offices as required to resolve IT issues that cannot be resolved remotely, perform inventory verifications, and collect/distribute IT assets.
