They are in need of an IT Support Assistant to offer 1st line support to start immediately.  The key responsibilties: You will be part of a small, growing team to enhance the warehouse logistics technology Providing essential first-line support for hardware and software issues Setting up new systems and computers for staff This role will include a hands on element to support with wiring, setting up new desks etc The skills & qualities needed: Experience in an IT support role Great communication skills with people of all levels Must be willing to be hands on - helping with wiring, building and setting up new desks etc Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to stay calm under pressure Due to the fact this is a new site, hours/timings are not yet fully confirmed.
