As part of our support team, you''ll be involved in: Providing first-line IT support to customers via phone, email, and remote assistance Troubleshooting hardware and software issues and helping customers resolve technical problems Assisting with the setup, installation, and configuration of new devices and IT systems Supporting Microsoft 365 environments, user accounts, and cloud-based services Working with Windows PCs, Apple Macs, servers, and networking equipment Visiting customer sites alongside experienced engineers to provide hands-on support Building strong relationships with customers and delivering ..... full job details .....
