This role is to provide technical support across all sites, on desktop and networking infrastructure.Responsibilities:Maintain systems, resolving any general workplace IT issuesDeliver IT projects, such as a new workflow if relating to the build process, including the carrying out of testingMaintenance of company hardware, including the set-up or replacement of computers, monitors and tabletsBuild new user machines and ready them for use by end users, new or existingManage and maintain good quality, accurate documentation on all IT processes and provide support and advice to internal customersMonitor and update the ''IT issues'' databaseStaff must co-operate, report unsafe conditions and comply with the company management systems and safe systems of work as well as co-workers to help everyone meet their legal requirementsDesirable skills:Basic understanding of computers and softwareKnowledge of ..... full job details .....
