Our UK teams work on projects ranging from military aircraft and missile systems to secure communications and cutting-edge research.Joining Lockheed Martin as an apprentice means gaining hands-on experience in a world-class engineering and technology environment, learning from experts, and contributing to projects that make a real impact.Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users, including client systems, VOIP phones, smartphones, tablets, printers, and other computer hardwareHelp manage incidents and service requests using the Service Desk ticketing systemSupport the maintenance of the asset tracking systemTake part in project work, such as software and hardware refresh programmesAssist with deploying, maintaining, and supporting iOS devicesSupport software vulnerability management to keep systems secureOccasionally travel to other UK sites to provide IT support as neededDesirable skills: Nat 5 or equivalent in English, Maths and IT (preferable)Strong interest in technologySelf-starter with willingness to learn Must be a good team player and able to use own initiativeMust have good problem determination skillsExcellent ..... full job details .....
