Teconnex are looking for their next IT Support Apprentice to join their growing UK Hub. Responsibilities: Provide technical support to end-users at the Keighley factory and remote support to users at the Romania, Mexico, and India sites Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimise downtime Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, and networking devices Perform regular system maintenance tasks, such as software updates, antivirus scans, and data backups Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
