IT SUPPORT and OPERATIONS TECHNICIAN

IT Support and Operations Technician Location: Greatham, Teesside, with travel to Stockton and Wynyard Contract: Permanent Sector: IT / Manufacturing / Industrial Operations Wolviston Management Services are recruiting for an IT Support and Operations Technician to join Tioxide s IT team, supporting users, systems and technology across its Greatham, Stockton and Wynyard locations. This is a varied, hands-on IT support role, suited to someone with strong customer-facing IT experience who enjoys solving problems, supporting users directly and developing broader technical capability across IT operations. The Role As IT Support and Operations Technician, you will provide deskside and remote IT support across Tioxide locations, taking ownership of service requests and incidents through to resolution. You will support users, devices, infrastructure and IT services, while working closely with IT colleagues and third-party providers to maintain effective service delivery. The role will also support IT operations activity, including system monitoring, Microsoft 365 administration, identity and access management, networking, telephony, patching, technical applications and project/change activity.
