Hands-On IT and Field Technology Engineer Location: UK-based office and travel across the Symbro estate Hours: Full-time Salary: 35k-40k Reports to: Group Head of Technology Driving licence: Full UK driving licence required About the role We''re looking for a hands-on IT and Field Technology Engineer to join our small, practical technology team and help keep our stores and clubs running smoothly across the UK. This is a role for someone who enjoys getting out from behind the desk and solving problems on site. You''ll install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot IT and technology equipment across our estate, working closely with the Group Head of Technology and our technology partners. You''ll be involved in everything from POS and kiosk hardware, networking and Wi-Fi through to Microsoft 365, Intune and access control systems. The Group Head of Technology will provide the strategic direction; you''ll be one of the key people turning that direction into reality on the ground. What you''ll be doing Field IT and technical support Travel to stores and clubs to install, configure, upgrade and troubleshoot IT equipment and technology systems. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity and site-level technology issues.
