Others will need specialist input from external IT partners. Either way, you''ll own the problem until it''s resolved, coordinating suppliers, keeping people updated and making sure nothing disappears into a black hole. But this role isn''t purely reactive.We want someone who looks at how things are working and thinks, "Could we do this better?"You might identify that hardware needs replacing, spot a recurring problem that needs fixing properly or see an opportunity to improve the way technology is being used.
