Job Title: IT Support & Automation Engineer

Location: Billericay, Essex

Salary: -45,000- -55,000

IT Support & Automation Engineer required for an estate management consultancy. The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day 1st line / 2nd line support while also building and improving business automations (primarily using (url removed)). This role is fully on-site, and candidates need to be able to commute to Billericay.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, practical IT support across the business (Windows devices, printers/peripherals, meeting room tech, connectivity)
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and support Azure user/access admin
• Handle joiners/leavers, device setup, access/permissions, documentation and basic security best practice
• Build, test and maintain (url removed) automations (scenarios, webhooks, routers/filters, error handling/alerts)

Requirements

• Proven 1st line IT support experience in a Windows/M365 environment
• Strong, demonstrable (url removed) automation experience (build + troubleshoot + maintain)
• Confident communicating with non-technical users; organised and methodical
• Commutable distance of Billericay

Salary & Further Information

• Salary- -45,000- -55,000
• Fully on-site position, (1 day from home after probation)
• 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday. 37.5 per week
