Salary for this position is £35K - £40K. The Client is based in Harrow. This is an office-based position. Do send your CV to me in Word format along with your salary and notice period.Responsibilities
Use Zoho ManageEngine to provide high-quality technical support to the business, contributing to customer success and executive reporting.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across a broad client and technology base via in-person, remote connectivity, telephone and/or Teams.Primarily responsible for network management including Security, Compliance, New User Set-Up, Access, Privilege and configuration management across a broad range of networking and application facilities.Qualifications and Technical Competencies
Extensive experience with Microsoft Windows Desktop.Good practical knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions including Office 365, Outlook, SharePoint, Azure, Teams and OneDrive (highly desirable).Proven experience with Active Directory, Desktop and Server solutions across the Microsoft stack.Experience with network, printer, AV, UPS and Security hardware.Experience working within a Cybersecurity framework.Understanding of client system security, requirements and relevant software/hardware solutions.Understanding of ISP solutions and connectivity requirements.Wi-Fi solution experience and knowledge.Understanding of core IT compliance competencies for ITIL, GDPR and PCI/DSS, etc.Personal Attributes
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, especially with non-technical personnel.Multi-tasking capabilities and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment under pressure.Disciplined with the ability to prioritise.Experience working with internal and external resources to achieve excellent service levels.Ability and desire to expand with changing marketplace and technology.Friendly, professional, and passionate about technology.Recognises the importance of frequent and clear communication and documentation.Courageous in the face of the unknown.Notes: This is an office-based position.
