IT Support Analyst - Stamford Location: Stamford Salary: £32-40k DOE IT Support Analyst / IT Engineer with strong 2nd line IT support, Windows 11, Windows Server, Networking, O365, and Intune experience, is required by a leading company in Stamford. Our client is looking for someone with a can-do attitude who is eager to be in a hands-on role. The role is full-time on site in Stamford, but also supporting some of the other offices across the Midlands Key Skills required: Excellent 2nd line IT Support / Service Desk support experience Experience supporting Windows 11 and Office 365 Experience with Windows Server 19 / 22 Experience with Azure, Intune, Exchange, Hyper-V and Active Directory Good working knowledge of support on-prem and configuring hybrid infrastructure environments Strong networking experience (e.g., Patching, TCP/IP, Switches, VLANs, Firewalls, etc.) Full UK Drivers licence and own car - essential requirement Key roles and responsibilities: Provide 2 line IT Support to staff at all levels, with potential 3 line responsibilities. Diagnosis and resolution of IT concerns via remote and on-site methods. Deployment of desktop/server software and hardware solutions. Enhancement and maintenance of current infrastructure. Regular proactive upkeep of server and desktop systems. Thorough troubleshooting of user problems. Crafting comprehensive support materials. Contribution to the routine administration of IT systems.
