Technical Support Specialist 27k Overview A hands-on technical support role providing first-line assistance to both external customers and internal users - this is a hybrid role - 3 days in the office 2 from home. The position supports a range of connectivity and technology products, contributes to IT support activities, and assists with operational tasks where required.
