You will be well-versed and grounded in general IT Support across Microsoft Technologies. You will also have a good understanding of Microsoft Azure (3+ years). You will have the opportunity to learn or improve any existing Microsoft Dynamics experience you currently have - don''t worry if you don''t have any experience on this though!
