IT Support Analyst/Desktop Support - Permanent - up to £35,000 plus benefits We are currently recruiting for an IT Support Analyst to join a leading company. The company are based in central London and you will be needed onsite four days a week.What you will be doing:Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to staff Troubleshoot hardware and software issuesSupport with other activities such as account creation, laptop imaging and configuration, desk setup, mobile configuration, equipment distribution and collection etc.What they are looking for:Experience in an IT Support/Desktop support/Service Desk type roleA good understanding of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and desktop deploymentFamiliarity with ticketing systemsExcellent communication and problem solving ..... full job details .....
