IT Support Analyst - Newark Location: Newark Salary: £32-40k DOEIT Support Analyst / IT Engineer with strong 2nd line IT support, Windows 11, Windows Server, Networking, O365, and Intune experience, is required by a leading company in Newark.Our client is looking for someone with a can-do attitude who is eager to be in a hands-on role. The role is full-time on site in Newark, but also supporting some of the other offices across the MidlandsKey Skills required:Excellent 2nd line IT Support / Service Desk support experienceExperience supporting Windows 11 and Office 365Experience with Windows Server 19 / 22Experience with Azure, Intune, Exchange, Hyper-V and Active DirectoryGood working knowledge of support on-prem and configuring hybrid infrastructure environmentsStrong networking experience (e.g., Patching, TCP/IP, Switches, VLANs, Firewalls, etc.)Full UK Drivers licence and own car - essential requirementKey roles and responsibilities:Provide 2 line IT Support to staff at all levels, with potential 3 line responsibilities.Diagnosis and resolution of IT concerns via remote and on-site methods.Deployment of desktop/server software and hardware solutions.Enhancement and maintenance of current infrastructure.Regular proactive upkeep of server and desktop systems.Thorough troubleshooting of user problems.Crafting comprehensive support materials.Contribution to the routine administration of IT systems.Not only will you be joining a leading local organisation , you will have ..... full job details .....
