The role will include:Providing 1st and 2nd line supportSetting up and maintaining IT equipment and work stationsTroubleshooting user issuesTraining staff on software and equipmentLogging IT problems and their resolutionLiaising with third parties over licenses and issuesOverseeing and tracking the lending of equipmentImplementing company IT strategiesExperience in a law firm or similar professional services/corporate environment is essential; at least two years’ experience. Advanced technical knowledge and stellar customer service skills are essential.
