What You''ll Be Doing: Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware and software issues, triaging and resolving tickets or escalating to our managed service provider where needed. Act as the internal point of contact between KCT and our managed service provider, tracking tickets through to resolution. Support system administration tasks - user accounts, permissions, device management, patching, and basic server / cloud administration. Assist with technical implementation projects, such as new systems, rollouts, and migrations. Maintain clear and accurate documentation of processes, configurations, and support procedures.
