IT Support Analyst - Legal / Professional Services Location: Central London (W1)Salary: £28,000-£36,000 DOE, plus discretionary bonusWorking pattern: Full-time, hybrid working available after probation Hours: 8.30am-6.30pm (on a shift pattern, 35 hour week) Looking for a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Analyst to join the technology team of an established professional services law firm in the West end of London. Working as part of a friendly team of five, you will provide first and second-line IT support to approximately 200 employees and partners, helping to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day IT operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around a year of IT support experience who is looking to develop their technical skills, broaden their knowledge of IT infrastructure and progress their career within a supportive environment. Training and development will be provided. Key Responsibilities Provide first and second-line IT support, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network and user issues. Set up, configure and maintain laptops, mobile devices and user accounts. Manage user permissions, access controls and system login issues. Support Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams telephony and video conferencing technology. Assist with software testing, installations, system upgrades and IT improvement projects.
