What you''ll be doing: Acting as the first point of contact for all IT-related queries and technical issues Diagnosing, triaging and resolving hardware, software and system issues Providing proactive support to minimise downtime and maintain business continuity Monitoring system performance and escalating complex issues where required Maintaining accurate records of incidents, requests and resolutions Assisting with the maintenance and updating of desktop applications and network infrastructure Supporting system upgrades, deployments and rollout projects Working within agreed service levels and ensuring a high standard of customer service What we''re looking for: Previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or Technical Support role Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows (Client ..... full job details .....
