IT Support Analyst (1st / 2nd Line) Fareham - £30,000A leading healthcare organisation has a requirement for an IT Support Analyst to join their technical support team to provide support across hardware, software and networks. The role will be responsible for dealing with technical issues and supporting the smooth operation of IT systems across the business, by providing remote and on-site support to colleagues. You will provide 1st and 2nd line support and work with IT leadership to troubleshoot complex problems and help maintain a high standard of service delivery. The team plays a key role in reducing downtime and enhancing user experience.It would suit an IT Support Analyst with 12 months+ experience providing 1st/2nd line support.
Responsibilities
Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support (remote and on-site) to colleagues, troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
Collaborate with IT leadership to resolve complex problems and maintain a high standard of service delivery.
Help reduce downtime and improve user experience through effective incident resolution and proactive support.
Qualifications
12 months+ experience providing 1st/2nd line IT support.
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
Expertise with Microsoft 365, including user support for Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Excel.
Understanding of networks (including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
Familiar with remote support tools.
