Full-time, Office based 5 days a week, Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (may be some flexibility to work from home).Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.Configure and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and printers.Support users with common applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).Perform basic Active Directory tasks such as account creation and password resets.Troubleshoot network connectivity problems (wired and wireless).Carry out routine system checks and preventative maintenance.Assist with IT-related projects and system upgrades.Learn and support the business''s core FileMaker database system, contributing to automation and process improvement initiatives.What We''re Looking For
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Demonstrated interest in Information Technology (through work, study, or personal projects).Basic understanding of:Windows Server and desktop operating systemsPC hardware components and troubleshootingNetwork principles (e.g., TCP/IP, wireless access)Active Directory fundamentalsFamiliarity with standard office software such as Microsoft Office.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.Self-motivated, with the ability to manage tasks independently and as part of a team.1-2 years\'' experience in an IT support role or relevant educational background.Desirable Attributes
