The role covers the full supplier lifecycle, including supplier selection, procurement, contract negotiation, performance management and offboarding.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and execute the IT supplier strategy in line with technology and Value Stream roadmaps.Manage key relationships between internal stakeholders and IT suppliers.Support tender processes, commercial negotiations and contract renewals.Manage day-to-day supplier performance against SLAs, KPIs and contractual obligations.Identify and resolve supplier service gaps, risks, compliance issues and performance concerns.Lead and participate in supplier performance reviews, CABs and IT operations meetings.Drive continuous improvement, cost effectiveness and service quality.Key Experience3+...
