IT Supplier Manager

IT Supplier ManagerLocation: Reading Contract: 6 Months Rate: Up to 88 per hour, Inside IR35 (DOE) Clearance: Active SC or DV requiredWe are seeking an experienced IT Supplier Manager to join our team on an initial 6-month contract in Reading.You will support the definition and delivery of the IT supplier strategy and management framework, working closely with Digital Information leadership, business stakeholders and external suppliers. The role covers the full supplier lifecycle, including supplier selection, procurement, contract negotiation, performance management and offboarding.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and execute the IT supplier strategy in line with technology and Value Stream roadmaps.Manage key relationships between internal stakeholders and IT suppliers.Support tender processes, commercial negotiations and contract renewals.Manage day-to-day supplier performance against SLAs, KPIs and contractual obligations.Identify and resolve supplier service gaps, risks, compliance issues and performance concerns.Lead and participate in supplier performance reviews, CABs and IT operations meetings.Drive continuous improvement, cost effectiveness and service quality.Key Experience3+ years'' experience in IT supplier management, covering supplier selection, contracting, performance management and offboarding.Experience developing and executing IT supplier strategies, ideally within a regulated environment such as Aerospace and Defence.Strong commercial and contract negotiation ..... full job details .....
