IT Supplier and Contracts Manager

This organisation is committed to delivering an outstanding experience for users through innovation, collaboration, and investment in technology services.Your new role Reporting into a senior technology leader, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of IT contracts and supplier agreements, ensuring maximum value, compliance, and service delivery across the organisation.Key responsibilities include:Managing IT contracts from initiation through to renewal, variation, and terminationActing as the primary contact for suppliers and contract-related mattersMonitoring supplier performance against KPIs, SLAs, and contractual commitmentsWorking closely with procurement, legal, finance, and technology teamsMaintaining contract records and governance documentationProviding commercial and contractual advice to support projects and procurement activitiesIdentifying opportunities for cost savings, risk mitigation, and service improvementLeading supplier review meetings and relationship management activitiesProducing performance and risk reports for senior stakeholdersWhat you''ll need to succeed Proven experience managing IT supplier contracts and commercial relationshipsStrong contract negotiation and stakeholder management skillsExperience monitoring supplier ..... full job details .....
