IT Supplier Analyst

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced IT Supplier Analyst to join our Group Technology team in Milton Keynes. You will support the IT Sourcing and Supplier Management team to ensure suppliers meet their contractual obligations, supplier spend is within agreed thresholds, and the Sourcing and Supplier Management function contributes effectively to overall IT performance.We offer a hybrid working arrangement with two days per week in our Milton Keynes office.Accountabilities:Analysing data and producing reports related to existing and potential new relationships with 3rd parties to ensure alignment between service performance and contractual obligations.Supporting Supplier Managers in gathering input from stakeholders regarding supplier performanceEnsuring spend incurred, goods received and invoice values received from assigned suppliers are accurate, resolving anomalies and escalating repeated errors.Developing strong relationships with supplier resources and internal stakeholdersEnsuring actions arising from supplier governance forums are accurately documented and completedPersonally, adhering to Connells Group standards and policies including those regulatory and legal obligations that are our passport to do business.
