IT Specialist - Skilled Line 2 support/Line 3 support

Job Summary Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our dynamic team. The role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving IT systems, ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of the company''s infrastructure, and providing Level 2 and Level 3 support with escalation where appropriate. Responsibilities Include: Maintain core IT systems: Support the management and maintenance of the company''s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, Servers, and business critical applications. Provide Level 2 technical support to Users (Desktop andamp; Remote Support) Provide Level 3 infrastructure support Install and configure systems: Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems, applications, and software. User life cycle management: Provision new starters and deprovision leavers across all relevant systems. Ensure data security: Maintain the integrity of data security and support compliance with internal and external standards. Maintain CyberEssentials Plus: Support ongoing compliance and ensure security controls remain effective.
