This Role will include the use of hand tools and can be dexterous at times.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and set up hardware to meet operational and client-specific requirements.Assist with assembly of electrical equipment and associated bracketsInstall and configure software across various platformsTest and prepare products (Routers, CCTV, PCs) for deployment.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for returned productsAccurately log issues related to networking, hardware, or software.Communicate effectively with all departments and Management as needed.Collaborate closely with the Order Preparation and Stores teams.Support with ad-hoc tasks as required.Skills and QualificationsWorking knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.Strong troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.Solid understanding of IT hardware (PCs, routers, peripherals).Effective problem-solving and time management skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Team player with a can-do attitude ..... full job details .....
