This is a hands on role working across major technology programmes, ensuring new and changed services are ready, supportable and successfully transitioned into live operation. The role:  Lead Service Transition across multiple projects and programmes. Own service acceptance, go-live readiness and handover into support. Work closely with Project/Programme Managers, IT Operations, suppliers and senior stakeholders. Identify and manage transition risks, issues and dependencies. Lead Go-Live Readiness and Acceptance into Service checkpoints. Ensure documentation, knowledge transfer and support arrangements are in place.
