IT Service Manager 6-Month Contract InsideIR35 HybridLocation: London (Hybrid, onsite 2 days per week) Contract: Inside IR35 We''re supporting a leading organisation within the Utilities sector in the search for an experienced IT Service Manager to join a multi-supplier IT environment. Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end IT service delivery, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are achieved.Act as the primary contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders.Own Major Incident Management, including participation in an on-call rota.Drive Continuous Service Improvement initiatives across services.Ensure compliance with governance, security, audit, and regulatory requirements.Produce service reporting and manage service-related risks.Build strong relationships across technical teams, suppliers, and business stakeholders.Essential ExperienceExperience managing multiple managed service providers.Strong knowledge of ITIL and service management best practice.Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.Own Major Incident Management processes and supplier escalations.Drive ITIL service management practices across Incident, Problem, Change and Knowledge Management.Ensure supplier performance against SLAs, OLAs and contractual commitments.Produce service reporting and support governance, audit and risk management activities.DesirableExperience within Utilities, regulated industries, or critical infrastructure environments.Knowledge of cybersecurity, risk management, and service resilience.If this ..... full job details .....
