This is a varied, field-based role where you''ll provide desk-based, remote and on-site technical support across multiple locations. You''ll be responsible for supporting technology deployments, resolving 2nd line technical issues, managing hardware fulfilment, and ensuring users receive an excellent IT support service. You''ll also play a key role in: Resolving escalated Service Desk tickets. Deploying IT services to new and existing sites. Supporting hardware installations, upgrades and replacements. Assisting with site decommissioning projects. Delivering support to users across a geographically dispersed organisation.
