You''ll have the curiosity and capability to identify root causes, helping to implement improvements that continually enhance our IT service.You''ll be based mainly at our Head Office, but you''ll also support our branch network, so occasional travel will be required-giving you variety and exposure across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will:Serve as the first point of contact for colleagues requiring technical assistance via phone or emailTroubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issuesDeliver a high standard of customer service, resolving issues efficiently and professionallyProvide deskside support at Head Office and occasionally within the branch networkManage support tickets, ensuring issues are driven through to resolutionFollow up with colleagues to confirm that issues have been fully resolvedCreate and maintain technical documentation, including software installation, hardware configuration, and ..... full job details .....
