Your new role As a passionate and adept individual, your primary responsibility is to manage and execute a range of support tasks. Providing excellent servicing to both internal and external stakeholders, you will contribute to improving the operations'' productivity. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1st and 2nd line support across various systems and services.Resolve incidents and service requests via phone, email, and ITSM platform.Troubleshoot issues in Windows-based software and business-critical applications across warehouse, transport, and office settings.Deploy and maintain IT hardware including PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and warehouse equipment.Support IT aspects of site openings, closures, and relocations.Communicate effectively with users of all technical levels.Manage and resolve tickets in line with SLAs.Identify trends and contribute to service improvement.Use monitoring tools to proactively detect and escalate issues.Collaborate with other tech teams to ensure smooth system transitions.Participate in out-of-hours support ..... full job details .....
