IT Service Desk Support

Looking to build your career in IT and ready for an opportunity where you can learn, contribute and develop? We re looking for someone at the beginning of their IT career to join a busy IT team within an established organisation in Addlestone. A six-month temporary assignment requiring immediate availability, and we''re looking for commitment for the entire duration - running to 31st March 2026. This could also potentially lead to something longer-term for the right person. This is an entry-level opportunity combining first-line IT support with the administration and coordination that keeps an effective service desk running smoothly. You might already have around a year s experience working on an IT service desk, helpdesk or in IT support. Alternatively, you could be an IT or Computing graduate looking for an opportunity to turn your knowledge into practical experience. Either way, you don''t need to arrive knowing everything. What we''re really looking for is someone with a good grounding in IT, an understanding of basic support principles, a natural problem-solving approach and, importantly, the enthusiasm to learn. What will you be doing? Working alongside the wider IT team, you''ll help with the day-to-day running of the service desk and provide support to its users.
