Working in a fast-paced environment, you''ll provide support over the phone, via a ticketing system, and occasionally on-site. Alongside your role, you''ll complete a Level 3 IT apprenticeship, giving you the opportunity to develop your technical knowledge and skills while gaining hands-on experience.
