This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an IT support or Service Desk background who enjoys solving technical problems and delivering outstanding customer service. About the Role As a Systems Support Analyst, you''ll be the first point of contact for IT incidents, service requests and user enquiries, providing first-line technical support to colleagues across the organisation. You''ll work within a collaborative Service Desk environment, resolving technical issues wherever possible while ensuring an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests. Deliver first-line technical support and first-contact resolution wherever possible. Log, manage and resolve incidents using the IT Service Management (ITSM) platform. Support user account administration and access management. Maintain accurate records and knowledge base articles. Escalate complex technical issues where required. Provide professional, friendly and customer-focused support at all times.
