IT Service Desk Analyst (6-12 month contract)

OverviewWe are seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst (6-12 month contract) to join Browne Jacobson and provide essential first-line IT support to the firm''s approximately 1300 end-users.
Responsibilities
Provide first-line support to internal colleagues, ensuring high levels of service and support.
Accurately log incidents and service requests, capturing all interactions and troubleshooting steps in our ticketing system.
Handle incoming IT issues through various channels including phone, email, and the self-service portal.
Diagnose and resolve issues, escalating to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
Team fit and role contextAs part of the IT department, you will collaborate closely with other team members to support the technological needs of the firm. Your role supports the firm''s overall efficiency and effectiveness, enabling all departments to function at their best through reliable IT solutions.
